## 1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, tablet or smartphone. They can be used to make the website work, to remember preferences or to measure how the website is used.

## 2. Which cookies do we use?

We keep the use of cookies to a minimum.

| Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention | When |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `greenager-consent` (local storage) | greenagerplus.be | Remembers your choice in the cookie banner | Until you clear it | Always (functional) |
| `_ga`, `_ga_*` | Google Analytics | Anonymously measuring how the website is used (number of visitors, popular pages) | Up to 2 years | **Only with your consent** |

Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.

## 3. Embedded videos (YouTube and Vimeo)

Several pages show videos from YouTube and Vimeo. They are only loaded when you click the play button yourself. Only then may YouTube (via youtube-nocookie.com) or Vimeo (with 'do not track') process data or set cookies under their own privacy policies.

## 4. Giving or withdrawing consent

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the **Cookie settings** link at the bottom of every page.

## 5. Deleting or blocking cookies

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. See your browser's help section for instructions. The website remains fully usable without cookies.

## 6. Your rights

More information on how we handle personal data and on your rights can be found in our [privacy policy](https://greenagerplus.be/en/privacy-policy/).
