## 1. Who are we?

## 2. What data do we process and why?

**Contact form and e-mail** — When you contact us, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number and company name, and the content of your message. We only use this data to answer your question (legal basis: your request / our legitimate interest).

**Downloading flyers** — To download a flyer, we ask for your name and e-mail address. We use this to know who is interested in our solutions and possibly to follow up once (legal basis: legitimate interest). We never send you a newsletter without your explicit consent.

## 3. Who do we share data with?

We never sell your data. We only use service providers needed to run the website: the website's hosting provider, the service that forwards form messages to us and — only with your consent — Google Analytics. YouTube or Vimeo videos are only loaded when you play them yourself.

## 4. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact requests are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless there is an (ongoing) collaboration.

## 5. Your rights
