Susbtraton is one of a kind:
- The binder is lime-based
- The fillers are 100% recycle materials
(crushing sand , dredging sand and sewage sludge)
This screed has now been installed several times, including at “Camp C in Westerlo” in Europe’s most circular building.
Technically, it is also possible to make this screed with :
- Slag sand (residual stream)
- Eco binders (part cement, part residual streams)
- Carbinox (CO2 absorbing residual stream (carbonation))
